JESUS’ LAST WORDS TO HIS DISCIPLES BEFORE HE ASCENDED TO HEAVEN  ARE OUR FIRST PRIORITY

— Matthew 28 16-20

Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

— Our Leaders

Roy & Britnie McDonald have been married since 2012 and are the proud parents of four daughters. In 2021, they were sent to Richmond, Virginia, to plant DUCC RVA, where they have experienced the faithfulness of God in powerful and tangible ways. What began as a step of obedience has grown into a thriving and expanding church community, marked by transformation, connection, and purpose.

Together, Roy and Britnie bring a dynamic and complementary partnership to ministry and relationships. Britnie is vibrant, and full of energy, with a natural ability to engage and inspire those around her. Roy is deeply intuitive and reflective, carrying a steady, yet magnetic presence that helps people feel seen, known, and valued. Their differences are evident, yet intentional, and serve as a testimony to the process of alignment in marriage, friendship, and community.
